Terms & Conditions

for the use of mentoring and spiritual guidance services

1. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all agreements for the provision of mentoring, coaching, and spiritual guidance services (hereinafter "services") offered by Nikolaigruener.life / Nikolai Grüner to clients (hereinafter "participants"), regardless of whether the participant resides in Germany or abroad.

By booking a service, the participant agrees to these T&C.

 

2. Services

  • The services include spiritual mentoring, energy work, Conscious Coding, guided meditations, and related methods.

  • The services do not constitute medical, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, or alternative practitioner (Heilpraktiker) treatment, and are not intended to replace such treatments.

  • Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own responsibility.

 

3. Conclusion of contract

  • A contract is formed once the participant makes a booking and Nikolaigruener.life confirms this booking.

  • Bookings may be made via the website, email, or personal contact (e.g. via LinkedIn, Zoom, or telephone).

 

4. Payment terms

  • The fees for services are based on the rates valid at the time of booking.

  • For international participants, payments can be made in Euros (EUR) or, upon individual agreement, in another currency.

  • Flexible payment options (such as installment payments or adjusted fees based on individual circumstances) may be arranged.

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in advance or at the latest at the beginning of the service.

 

5. Scheduling and cancellation

  • Appointments are scheduled individually.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments are free of charge if made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

  • In case of cancellations made later or failure to attend without prior notice, the full fee will be charged unless there is a valid reason.

 

6. Liability

  • Services are provided at the participant’s own responsibility.

  • Nikolaigruener.life is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.

  • Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded.

  • Participants are expressly advised that these services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing health issues, please consult a licensed medical professional or therapist first.

 

7. Confidentiality

  • Nikolaigruener.life commits to keeping all personal information obtained in the course of providing services strictly confidential and will not disclose it to third parties.

 

8. Copyright

  • All materials and content provided within the scope of the services are protected by copyright.

  • Any reproduction, distribution, or other use of this content is prohibited without prior written consent from Nikolaigruener.life.

 

9. Governing law

  • German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

  • For consumers residing outside Germany, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not deprive the consumer of protections granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

 

10. Final provisions

  • If any provision of these T&C should be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
